As a global top producer for Bowne & Co., Inc., the industry leader in financial printing, he has assisted with more than 500 SEC registration projects including 200 Initial Public Offerings. Prior to his tenure at Bowne, he managed the equity syndicate book for L.F. Rothschild, Unterberg & Towbin and Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. for four years while serving as an institutional equity trader during that same period. He graduated from Boston College in 1985 with a B.S. in Finance
