Deborah Millin

Vice President, Client Operations

With over 15 years of operational, project management, and client relationship experience in a variety of industries, Deborah Millin is responsible for all account management teams and internal operations for High Street Partners. In addition to her primary focus on client satisfaction and the management of the account staff, she also drives internal training and operational processes to improve efficiency and support High Street Partner’s continued growth. Most recently, Deborah served as the Vice President of Client Services at Xius-bcgi (formerly Boston Communications Group), where she held a variety of senior management roles over her 10 year tenure. While at Boston Communications Group, she had responsibility for the execution and prioritization of all projects across the company, account management, business analysis, logistics, and a number of operations teams including data operations, field operations, and the management of the 24x7 network operations center. Deborah has also held positions as a Project Manager at SmartRoute Systems and as a Legislative Aide in the Massachusetts State Legislature. She currently serves on the Board of Directors Executive Committee of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Nashua, is active in the Bentley University Executive Club and the National Association of Corporate Directors, and was formerly on the Board of Directors for the Project Management Institute’s Massachusetts Chapter. Deborah graduated cum laude from Bentley University, and has certifications from Northeastern University and Harvard Law School.
